And it compelled me to take the time to share my experience. I worked with salesman Robert Walls and it was amazing how he handled the entire transaction. JLR of Austin was accommodating to all my requests from scheduling a test drive, having the car inspected, securing the financing and to finally driving it out of the lot. The entire process was very clear and super efficient, the experience was too good to be true and at times made me very skeptical and to question it, but I was wrong. What made me even more nervous was checking all these negative reviews on Yelp after making a deposit on the car.
