Hubby's less than 2 year old Discovery Sport's first warranty issue began with a check engine light and loose trim. It took LR Dallas 4 weeks to get us in because we requested a loaner car. LR Dallas kept our vehicle for 3 weeks, and when it was returned, we noticed epoxy drips all over the paint due to glueing the trim. Ana, the service (service used loosely here) advisor told us that they are not responsible and will buff out the epoxy if we paid for it. After several complaints, LR Dallas finally buffed out the epoxy marks. Fast forward 4 months, and Hubby smells antifreeze. We call Ana, who told us to bring in the vehicle. We were told to make ourselves comfortable in the waiting area because it will only be one hour.
