About eimports4less Auto Sales Inc.:

eimports4Less was founded in 2001 to offer vehicles to the public on eBay Motors. At that time, eBay was just starting their Motors division and the founders of eimports were operating a successful wholesale vehicle dealership. Prior to selling on eBay, we bought trade-ins and unwanted inventory from dealerships that couldn't use them and either sold those vehicles to dealers who could use them or took those vehicles to a wholesale auto auction and liquidated our full inventory weekly. We decided to take one extra step with each vehicle that we purchased and just snap a few quick pictures and offer them to the public on eBay for three days. We starting listing all of our vehicles on eBay with just six photos and a brief description and were successful from the first day.

We closed our wholesale operation within a year and opened our facility in Perkasie, PA to focus on offering high quality vehicles that were properly priced to the public. We've grown from stocking 50 vehicles to now stocking 200+ highline vehicles and a 7-8 million dollar inventory. We're very proud to say that we've been an eBay Motors seller with a 100% positive feedback rating from hundreds of vehicle buyers since October 2001.

General Terms

eimports4Less Auto Sales, Inc reserves the right to end any vehicle advertisement or auction at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We regularly sell vehicles over the phone or online and cancel eBay bids and auctions. If you see 

this vehicle on eBay or any other website and want to own it now, simply call us at 215-249-9100 and we will make a deal.

 

eBAY BIDDERS: Do all of your research and ask all of your questions BEFORE YOU BID ON ANY VEHICLE. Please DO NOT BID on any vehicle until you are 100 percent prepared to make a purchase. Have your financing arranged, ask all questions, get you money together, check with your wife, check with your husband, call your uncle and call your accountant before you bid on any vehicle. Know exactly what you are bidding on and ask all questions before you place a single bid.

 

DEPOSITS/PAYMENT: We require a $1,000 deposit to place a hold on any 

vehicle. That deposit is due immediately after the auction ends. You then have 5 days to get the remainder of the vehicle paid in full. The balance can be paid via certified check, wire transfer or your loan check. We do not take credit cards for more than $1,000 and we do not accept any personal checks for any amount.

 

SIGN YOUR PAPERWORK ASAP: Once you leave your deposit with us, it is always important to sign your preliminary paperwork as soon as you receive it. Whether you buy your vehicle on eBay, over the phone or after seeing the vehicle on any website, a 

firm hold cannot be placed on any vehicle without a deposit and signed preliminary paperwork. This means that even if you call us or email over your credit card info for your deposit, the vehicle may still get sold to another buyer anytime before you return the preliminary paperwork to us. This does not happen often, but it does happen. 

 

eBAY BUY IT NOW AUCTIONS: We require a $250 immediate deposit via Paypal to end any of our auctions on eBay. In addition, we will contact you immediately to collect the additional $750 deposit needed to hold the vehicle in your name.

 

SHIPPING: We ship many vehicles to our clients and can help with arranging door to door transport to any destination. Door to door transport is very convenient and less expensive than you think. Call or email for an exact quote to your zip code.

 

OUR LOCATION: eimports4Less is located approx 45 minutes North of Philadelphia, PA. We're only about 3 hours from Washington, DC and less than 2 hours from NYC, so we have dozens of great places for you to visit if you do travel here from out of state. In fact, you can visit the One World Observatory at the new World Trade Center building in NYC and the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, DC on the same day if you're adventurous. Our location is very close to fantastic public transportation and we have multiple rental car agencies local to us where you can drop off a rental car before driving your new car home. We have a few local airports for smaller planes, but our clients who fly commercial generally fly into Philadelphia International Airport and than take a train ride from the airport to our location. Please let us know if you need help with travel logistics.

 

FINANCING: We can help arrange financing if you need it. Our lenders specialize in long term, low rate financing. We have a credit application link on our homepage that available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Do not bid on any vehicle without first being approved for credit.

 

TRADE-INS: eimports4Less takes trade-ins everyday. We take any make and any model vehicle in trade, even if it's not our type of merchandise. We can give long distance customers a trade-in value over the phone and we can appraise local trade-ins on the spot at our dealership. DEFINITIONS: "Excellent Condition" means that the vehicle looks great, and is in excellent mechanical condition. It does not mean that the vehicle is perfect or new. No car is perfect. "excellent" means that the paint is glossy and the body and interior have no more than very light, normal wear for the year and mileage on the vehicle. Every car will have some sort of wear and flaw. "Good Condition" means the vehicle or part of the 

vehicle is free from any major defects. The paint, body, and interior have only very minor blemishes and there are no major mechanical problems. "Fair condition" means the vehicle has some minor mechanical or cosmetic defects, but is still in running condition. This vehicle may need minor mechanical or cosmetic repairs done for it to be considered "good" condition. "Poor condition" refers to a vehicle that has several mechanical/cosmetic problems and is most likely not driveable. We sell many older or higher mileage vehicles "As-Is". These vehicles are offered with no warranty for any items and have been priced accordingly. "As-Is" means that we will not pay for any parts or repairs at all. Fees and Taxes

OUT OF STATE BUYER FEES: A $249.00 dealer paperwork prep fee that includes title re-assignment will be added to the sale price of every vehicle or winning bid of any auction. A 60 day temporary registration will be provided to any out of state buyer free of charge.

PA RESIDENT FEES: eimports4Less is a PA dealer and registered tag agent for the State of Pennsylvania. We will collect all state sales tax for any PA resident and complete your vehicle titling process. The buyer will pay a $112 document fee, your applicable sales tax, registration, licensing, inspection and any other applicable PA State Fees.
