I've always liked the look of the first-gen Sport, but there's little denying that there was far more LR3/LR4design DNA in that vehicle than the Range Rover it purported to be. This new vehicle is clearly inspired by its Evoque kid brother, rather than the full-sized Range Rover, and there's none of the old LR3/LR4 left in either its appearance or beneath the skin. This is no bad thing. There's none of the old LR3/LR4 left in either its appearance or beneath the skin. This is no bad thing. As you can see, the Chile Red and black exterior theme on this tester has been thoroughly carried out. Not only is it equipped with a Santorini Black roof, but thanks to its optional Dynamic Package, the mirrors, grille and "Range Rover" badging are blacked out as well. That's kind of the idea, though, and the narrow, wraparound headlights and their LED accents help out. The profile is accented by a sleeker version of Land Rover's typically upright greenhouse, thanks to the more aggressively raked windshield, along with the dramatic belt- and rooflines of the new Sport.

Focus completely on the feeling of the air passing through your nostrils, down your throat and into your lungs. Imagine a beautiful colour passing through your body spreading love, peace and happiness to each fingertip and toe, to every nook and cranny. Watch the way your belly rises and expands. If your thoughts begin to drift away, bring the awareness back to your breath. Breathe out every last drop of air until there is no more left inside you. Repeat this process for one minute and notice how you feel afterwards. Try not to punish yourself if your mind constantly drifts to its thinking state, it is completely natural at the beginning and how we as humans have been groomed. Hopefully you will feel a little more relaxed, at ease and clear headed. Now imagine being like that all of the time; that is mindfulness! There are many other breathing techniques which can enhance your mindful abilities, here is a tutorial on my favourite exercise. I hope you find something here that can help you on your happiness journey and of which you can mindfully incorporate into your daily life. Please comment if you tried any of these or some ways you practice mindfulness! I hope you enjoyed this post, please leave any suggestions or questions below or in the 'ASK' section of my blog. You can spec out the F-type for %99,000 when you throw in the 550 HP 5.0L V8 supercharged engine which then boosts the 0-60 to just 4 seconds flat, making it the fastest Jaguar on the market today. Next up on the list is the Jaguar XJL. The XJL is very similar to the XJ, however this model has a longer wheelbase and this is a big car indeed. The standard XJL features a 340 HP 3.0L V6 engine that takes you from 0-60 in just 5.7 seconds. That fact is impressive considering how long this car is. The standard XJL also features some luxury features one would expect like a premium sounds system, heated and cooled leather seats, and a four zone climate control. This flagship Jaguar comes in at number 2 on our list. The XK is known as Jaguar鈥檚 premier car and comes stock with a 385 HP 5.0L V8 engine taking drivers from 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. 132,000 dollars which comes with the 550HP V8 as mentioned in the other vehicles on our list. 1. The XK Convertible. Apparently less is more with Jaguar, quite literally. 138,000 dollars with the same features described above.

Catching a glimpse of what lies in the foot wells or boot is made difficult thanks to high window lines and there's ample storage inside to keep valuables out of sight. A high-rise SUV design comes with its own obvious safety benefits as does four-wheel drive - but the Range Rover Sport is loaded with safety systems and equipment too. Airbags, big brakes, EBD, DSC and brake assist are all present. Most impressive is Adaptive Cruise Control, which maps the road ahead to keep a pre-selected distance from the car in front. A visible warning and buzzer activate if you close in too rapidly. The driving position gives a commanding view of the road and the twin turbo V8 diesel offers magnificent performance in spite of the Range Rover Sport's considerable bulk. The torquey unit and smooth six-speed auto provide swift and seamless acceleration and the SUV stops and corners better than it has any right to thanks to huge Brembo brakes and the Dynamic Response handling system.
