There is a tradeoff between driving distance, and hence number of locales that can be explored and the number of spots where in-depth data can be gathered. To make the best trade possible between these two goals, the mission team employs a hierarchy of scientific assessments with those at the top taking the least time and those at the bottom the most.

On top of that they allow clearly under experienced technicians to work on your vehicle. 5,000 to fix. When I asked for manager assistance I was told they couldn't help me and to contact Jaguar of North America directly and sort it out myself. Then they proceed to give me back a completely filthy vehicle with hail damage when I had left them a pristine vehicle to care for. Jaguar, explained my issues and got my car fixed under warranty. I WILL NEVER go to, or purchase from Jaguar of Dallas again. It's worth the drive to Grapevine just to have the piece of mind to know they aren't trying to rob you and that they actually have the customer's best interest at heart.
