Front-row accommodation in the new Mazda CX7 is good, the seats allows plenty of space and keep it in place. The story is not so good to return there is no third row and second row is smaller than most would expect from a mid-size ute, especially in the legs room and there is barely space to fit three across. Backseats can fold down flat 70 inches of cargo space, though not particularly spacious or desirable, given the slope of the roof, rakish hatch, height and load height. The cargo floor can, however, are turned at a washable surface for transporting dirty items. Mazda could learn a thing or two in the packaging of its Asian rivals, because there are few spaces for storage of small items. With high ratings for impact protection of both the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IISH), 2010 Mazda CX7 is a very safe vehicle for front seat occupants.

I guess I thought the Evoque replaced it. Why is Land Rover bothering with this? I get the impression that the company might feel it needs a small SUV to fight in that Audi Q5/Mercedes-Benz GLK realm, but isn't that what the Evoque does? Not sure if I would go so far to call the LR2 a turd as it's been called above. I think it's just old. I guess that could make it a turd. Yes, as improved as it is from the old LR2, the interior still isn't up to snuff (the seats are indeed pretty bad) and yes, and there's some turbo four lag. And boy does the exterior ever look dated even with the newish headlamps and grille. But there's some good here, too. Other than the initial lag I thought the turbo four worked fine in this car -- midrange poke is downright spritely and as long as you keep the revs above 2,500 it moves along better than normally aspirated small utes. Additionally, it's quiet on the road and the ride felt smooth and well planted to me -- Not jittery like some in this class can feel. It's been summed up well above. If you simply must get a Land Rover this could be a decent starting point, I suppose. I'm just not sure why Land Rover makes this and the Evoque.

SUV sales are booming and this has seen demand for Land Rover鈥檚 offerings soar. Last year the automaker sold 73,861 vehicles in the United States, up 5.0 percent on the previous year and a new record. The first is basically a package appearance on the Prestige trim, adding flourishes like a special 20-inch wheels, silver exterior accents, contrast black roof, a unique front fascia and 鈥渃rystal鈥?headlights and taillights. Some of these higher-end lower trims are available with a handful of options packages. Adaptive cruise control is a stand-alone higher trims. High style does not stop with the 2015 Range Rover Evoque鈥檚 sheet metal - the design of the room this is clearly a compact crossover received plenty of attention, too. Add to that the daily joy to watch rotary knob rise transfer from the center console selector (a signature Jaguar / Land Rover) rich dashboard seat combination, and you get an interior that is fun visual and tactile.
