Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) recently sent out its self-driving Range Rover to tackle what it says is 鈥渙ne of the U.K.鈥檚 most challenging road layouts,鈥?and we鈥檙e delighted to report that it came back in one piece. 鈥淭he Coventry Ring Road is known for its complicated slip roads and exits,鈥?said Mark Cund, JLR鈥檚 manager of autonomous vehicle research. A video (above) of the recent outing shows JLR鈥檚 autonomous Range Rover changing lanes, merging with traffic, and exiting junctions while keeping to the 40 mph speed limit.
