Update the firmware on your Samsung TV and try activating the SoundShare feature again. There may be an internal issue. Try switching between different modes on your TV and try using SoundShare again. If the left and right speakers on your Samsung sound bar sound like they're reversed, there's a good chance you got the wires crossed at some point when you were hooking things up. Check the audio cables connecting the sound bar and the source device and ensure that everything lines up. The Samsung sound bar (like the Xbox One) also has HDMI IN and and HDMI OUT connectors. If you're routing a video device through the sound bar and to your TV, ensure that all of the cables are firmly connected and also that they are connected to the right place. For example, you'd need to connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT on your video device, and then connect the other side of that cable to the HDMI IN on the audio device.
This place is a joke. I wouldn't even leave a star if I had the choice. Been here twice, where I received the worst customer service from the ladies at the cashier. They were rude with a bad attitude, they did not greet me or smile once during my transaction. Sales rep at this location seem to cater to just a select few. All seemed rude/unwelcoming, with no demeanor to help anyone The only reason we come for service is because this is the only Land Rover location in Austin. I understand that people can have the good/bad/ugly experiences at a dealership. In this case, I could not have asked for a smoother vehicle purchase. We walked in and were greeted by Joe Canales - Sales Executive. 2019 Range Rover after the Porsche Macan S - Maserati Levante - Audi Q8/Q7 & new Etron - Mercedes GLE-2020 model & X5. Every vehicle has it's strengths and weaknesses obviously, so deciding was not an easy feat. After Joe's due diligence and professionalism, coupled with solid follow-up and willingness to actually want to earn someones business, we decided to swing by about 1 week later.
