I have now heard from a number of RRS owners, where they had had the same problem and their seats were replaced. During the first couple of years I had this vehicle, there was a drought in Queensland, but the first time we had heavy rain, I noticed the rear window was leaking. So the next service, I showed them where the window was leaking so it could be fixed. When I picked up my RR, I was told the leak had been fixed. It was a year or so before the drought finally came to end and we started to get heavy rain again. I was driving with some friends in the RR and one of them tells me she can hear some sort of hissing noise in the back. By the time I have dropped my friends off and I鈥檓 driving home, I too can now hear this periodic hissing sound. I get home and discovered the rear window was still leaking and after some investigating to find out what was causing the hissing sound, I noticed water in the spare wheel well. After removing the spare wheel, I then had to remove more than a bucket full of water. The hissing sound was the water splashing over the compressor. Every few months, after heavy rain, I would have to remove the spare and remove the water, until I finally had enough. I found two large rubber bungs in the floor of the spare wheel well. I removed them and now, while the RR still leaks in the rain, at least the water no longer builds up in the wheel well, it just flows straight through and out under the RR.
The cramped rear seats and 450-litre boot mean the car loses marks for practicality. However, child-friendly features were rated well. The infotainment system and cabin controls are not as well admired as those found in the IS鈥檚 German rivals, and the car lost marks in particular for its tricky-to-use sat-nav system. Owners were most impressed with the effective heating and air-conditioning system and its ease of use. Satisfaction with reliability is sky high, though, and fewer than a tenth of drivers told us of problems. The 2.5-litre hybrid is seen to be very economical, while Lexus鈥?servicing fees aren鈥檛 too steep in owners鈥?eyes. Has it ever gone wrong? Less than a tenth of owners told us of problems. Electrical issues were highlighted by those who did. 鈥淚 am very satisfied with the reliability of my Lexus. Key points: Super styling and great driving put the XF on the podium. It鈥檚 rated the second most pleasurable car to drive, the diesel and petrol engines are said to be good on power and the ZF eight-speed auto is smooth.

However, the more important thing about the 2013 Land Rover LR2 is the 2-liter, turbocharged, 240-horsepower 4-cylinder engine. It's used in many new Ford products, the Range Rover Evoque, and the new Jaguar XF. It is mated exclusively to a 6-speed automatic transmission. There aren't any fuel economy ratings for the 2013 LR2 as of now, but the Evoque gets 18/28 city/highway miles per gallon.
