But in the process they scratched the center armrest which is shiny piano black plastic. They said oh sorry and buffed it out. So this time we said be careful not to scratch the center arm rest like last time. Yup yup yup . Well the car was finished and well the center arm rest was scratched again. Oh we can buff it out said the sales manager . NO YOU CAN REPLACE IT NOW ! How many times do you buff scratches out of a car in the same spot before re-painting them ? We then left luckily we didn't go far before discovering the other mistake.
