Titania Suggestions (Feedback)
Make it a lingering fog. This is more of an FX thing, but I wanted to iterate it for the next couple of suggestions. Any enemy in the aoe will immediately be under the effects of this ability. The ability slowly spreads over it's duration. This has it's own duration and is extended by using tribute on an enemy. Lantern will emit a small amount of stagnant fog in an aoe, but it does not spread. However it will maintain any fog touching it's fog. This fog will also cease to spread unless Spellbind or Tribute is used. However once the initial spread of the new fog is met it will not be refreshed to spread any farther while in contact with any lantern fog. There would be an FX change to indicate stagnant fog. Allies within it would have debuffs/statuses removed and be immune to them. Bullet jumping within the AOE would add your passive buff to the whole area and refresh the duration (at the cost of the ability's energy cost).
LAND ROVER IS RECALLING 12,353 MY 2008 LR2 VEHICLES BUILT WITH A SUNROOF. FAILURE OF EITHER THE LEFT OR RIGHT HAND SIDE SUNROOF GUIDE RAIL CAN OCCUR WHEN THE SUNROOF IS OPERATED. EXCESSIVE STRESS CAN DEVELOP IN THE OVER-MOLDED BRACKET WHICH COULD LEAD TO CRACKING DURING NORMAL SUNROOF OPERATION. IF CRACKS OCCUR AND PROPAGATE IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE GUIDE RAIL, FRAGMENTS OF THE PLASTIC OVER-MOLD MATERIAL MAY DETACH FROM THE GUIDE RAIL AND OBSTRUCT THE OPERATION OF THE SUNROOF. THE OBSTRUCTION COULD CAUSE THE SUNROOF, WHEN OPERATED, TO BIND, TWIST, AND POTENTIALLY DETACH FROM THE OPERATING MECHANISM. IF THE SUNROOF IS SUBSEQUENTLY CYCLED AND A VERTICAL FORCE APPLIED, I.E., A CUSTOMER MANUALLY AIDING THE ROOF TO CLOSE OR WIND LIFT, THE GLASS PANEL CAN BECOME FULLY DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY. DEALERS WILL INSTALL RETENTION INSERTS TO BOTH SIDES OF THE GLASS PANEL GUIDE RAILS.
Many of those in the Mojave desert have been closed to vehicles by the BLM or Park Service. A very thin dashed red line is even less used and probably overgrown with vegetation (translation: you'll likely get some scratches on the side of your vehicle). These maps show campgrounds, boat ramps, railroads, mines, landmarks, powerlines, and a lot more. National forests, monuments and parks are labeled and their borders are shown, as are their visitor centers (NPS, USFS, Multi-Agency). Wilderness areas are labeled, but the borders are not shown. Military bases and their borders are shown (a big deal in my area where many bases sit on very large tracts of land for training purposes). Land ownership is also indicated. I don't know how accurate that is. I mostly use that for confirming I'm on BLM land when I want to do some dispersed camping. Many locked gates that block roads are also shown. That's a handy feature. Another set of maps I've recently begun using is from the CTUC (California Trail Users Coalition). Their maps are aimed at OHV and 4wd users and show a lot of trails. I buy mine at the Jawbone Canyon OHV Visitors Center and at the multi-agency visitor center on the south end of Lone Pine. These maps have an advantage of labeling the trails with the actual BLM route number. I recently stumbled upon this collection of BLM maps for the western Mojave Desert. They are labeled as TMA (Travel Management Area) maps. The key map is shown below. I can't find similar maps for the eastern Mojave. Maybe other BLM field office web sites have decent maps for your area. There are tons of map resources out there and I'm always looking for new ones to use. I welcome any comments with suggestions.
The technologies discussed earlier to reduce the risk of landing by timing the parachute opening and using terrain recognition would also benefit future missions. Collect extensive weather information including atmospheric temperature profiles and atmospheric dust profiles to better understand atmospheric behavior. Collecting this information would better characterize the atmosphere and reduce risk for future landings on Mars. Capabilities of the 2020 rover proposed by the SDT. 鈥?represent the recommended threshold capabilities below which the mission might not deliver sufficient value for the investment. 鈥?represent highest priority additions beyond the threshold capabilities. If more funding than the SDT were available, the mission could be further enhanced with either more capable instruments or additional instruments such as a weather station or additional instruments to characterize any organic matter. The mission proposed by the SDT would meet the goals set out for a caching rover as the top priority in the last Decadal Survey.
