Always Garaged And No Accident History
I believe what is considered the cold weather package w/ heated seats . It popped up at a Land Rover dealership in Minneapolis after biting my nails for close to two yrs. The 1st owner was a car collector and traded it for a Range Rover for his wife. Only mods are window tint, the side markers and updated Kenwood headunit. I can promise the car is as clean as it gets! A colleague told me to list the car on bring a trailer, I would much rather it go to an enthusiast on a site like this. A guy flew down from Canada the following day and was clueless how to drive manual which made me grit my teeth. 650 for PPI and tried to really beat me up on the price because the rear tires needed replacing and the import tax to Canada. I told him to kick rocks and kept it ever since. I鈥檓 luckily not selling due to monetary reasons, I believe you guys know what is fair considering the aforementioned. Any questions send me a message. I most likely will list soon in the classified section w/ pics.
Customers have more information than ever and they also have far higher expectations than ever. There鈥檚 some serious disruption in the value chain. Autonomy, connectivity and powertrain options are all key trends we need to adapt to. This requires significant new investment and further cash reserves. It鈥檚 important that we remember what we鈥檝e achieved together. We have two brands to die for. They are the envy of the world鈥檚 manufacturers. But things are more challenging and we have to adapt, change and lead. How important is it that colleagues realise we are in control of the challenges we face? It鈥檚 fundamental to understand that we鈥檙e in control of our own destiny. That鈥檚 not to say we鈥檙e in control of everything. What happens in the marketplace is out of our control. With compliance, for example. What it means is that you have to be laser-focused on the things that you can control.
Most automotive journalists think the 2015 Land Rover LR2 has a simple, elegant cabin design, with straightforward dashboard controls and a user-friendly touch-screen infotainment system. The quality of most of the cabin materials is typical for the class, according to critics, with just a few pieces of lower-quality plastic. Some test drivers write that the instrument panel looks out of date, the LR2 is missing the newest high-tech features and the touch screen complicates what should be simple adjustments. The 2015 Land Rover LR2 seats five and comes with power-adjustable front seats and leather upholstery. Available features include upgraded leather, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel. Most test drivers note that the front seats are roomy and comfortable, though some complain that they are mounted too high. The rear seats are slightly raised, and while some appreciate the excellent visibility this provides, others note that it makes the seats uncomfortable. Reviewers add that taller rear-seat passengers could use more legroom. Standard features in the 2015 Land Rover LR2 include a panoramic sunroof, rear parking sensors, automatic climate control, Bluetooth, an 11-speaker Meridian audio system, a USB port, an auxiliary audio input and an infotainment system with a 7-inch touch screen. Available features include navigation, a rearview camera and a 17-speaker Meridian audio system. Reviewers agree that the audio and climate buttons on the LR2鈥檚 dashboard are simple and easy to use. They also appreciate the LR2鈥檚 optional Hitch Assist feature, which displays a centered line on the rearview camera and can make it easier to hook up a trailer. Some critics add that the LR2鈥檚 touch-screen infotainment system is user-friendly, though others wish that making simple adjustments didn鈥檛 require going through so many menus and steps.
On the positive side: at least this might mean they will not cram 3rd row seats in there. The wing mirrors don't look to be too tiny. Some makers have been shrinking theirs (e.g., the Mercedes G Wagen). I prefer larger wing mirrors. I use them a lot (even off road). There is a large sunroof over the first 2 rows. This is seen in the clingy surface features of the wrap over the roof. After that there is metal roofing. It has a flip-out tow ball. The Europeans put these on many cars. Americans prefer a tow hitch receiver so we can install either a tow ball or a bike rack or other such. Maybe the production model will have that. Now, I'll explain my earlier comment about electronic toys. I've owned the Land Rover LR3 and LR4. They were very capable off road. I owned the LR3 long enough to experience the famous Land Rover reliability reputation. Here's a few of the things that went wrong with my 2008 LR3.
The five-door comes in Pure, Prestige and Dynamic models; the two-door skips Prestige trim. All versions have the standard-issue power features, entertainment features like Bluetooth, USB, and an LCD touchscreen to drive the Meridian audio system as well as phone and optional hard-drive navigation systems. Opt for Pure or Dynamic versions if you want splashy colors with twists of Alexander McQueen; get into a Prestige if your turn-ons include libraries, mahogany paneling, and anything by Laura Bennett. By any means possible, spend up for the panoramic roof, and let it light up the cocoon-like cockpit. It's toyed with hybrid concepts, but now Land Rover can lay claim to the greening of SUVs, since the Range Rover Evoque's sllimmed-down body and downsized drivetrain pay it forward with better gas mileage and, by extension, a happy planet. But the Evoque does something even more historic: it shifts the whole Range Rover brand out of the SUV muck, and pitches it into the future on a savvy, fashion-forward bias. As a brand-new vehicle, the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque hasn't yet been crash-tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) or by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
