Happy Days was a more lighthearted offering. Set in the 1950s, it's wholesome image was part of its appeal. Disneyland Records. Also, the mini arcade games. Such as, Pacman and Astroids. We sure have come a loooong way from the Atari games. But back then, they were actually fun and challenging. I love the music from the decade as my blog on 70s songs shows. What a fun look back in time! Yep, I was a child of the 70's and enjoyed this trip down memory lane and even learned a few things about the world I grew up in. Brilliant job on this lens! I was born in 1978. Does that count? This has been a pleasant walk down memory lane. Love the lens and the days gone by! The 70's were my university days, so I remember them well and my favourite music is still from those days. Thanks for the smiles!

As Van reported in that earlier post, the Russians plan to have a full complement of science instruments on their Descent Module. Even if there were no rover on this mission, the Russian instruments would make this a productive mission. What makes the ExoMars 2018 project a dicey proposition is the fact that the last Soviet/Russian rocket-powered landing occurred with the Luna 24 Moon landing in 1976. The Russians have no recent experience with this type of machine. However, the upcoming mission of Luna 25, in 2016, is set to fly a controlled soft-landing on the Moon.
A modified version of Land Rover's Terrain Response System has also been incorporated. The vehicles were developed by Land Rover's Advanced Engineering Team following successful trials of the Defender-based electric vehicle, Leopard 1. The vehicles' capability has been tested in extreme and environmentally sensitive conditions, demonstrating capabilities not shared by conventional road-going EVs. In keeping with Land Rover's 'Tread Lightly' philosophy the smooth, low-speed capability of the electric drivetrain makes the Electric Defenders especially well suited to climbing obstacles without damaging the ground unnecessarily. The battery weighs 410kg and is mounted in the front of the Defender in place of the diesel engine. Kerb weight is 100kg more than a basic Defender 110 and ranges from 2055kg to 2162kg depending whether the body style is a pick-up, hard top or station wagon. All the major components in the electric powertrain - including the battery, inverter and motor - are air-cooled rather than liquid cooled, saving a considerable amount of weight and complexity and adding robustness. Regenerative braking has been optimised to such an extent that using Hill Descent Control, the motor can generate 30kW of electricity. Because the battery technology can be charged very quickly at a rate of up to twice its capacity of 54kW without reducing battery life, almost all of the regenerated energy can be recovered and stored. Is the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque a Good SUV? The 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is a pretty good luxury subcompact SUV. It has a high-end cabin with lots of high-tech safety features, standard all-wheel drive, and solid handling. However, its performance isn鈥檛 flawless. Its base engine is underpowered for an SUV of its weight, and its transmission and steering could be more precise. It's one of the best off-roaders in the class, but check out rivals if you plan to stick to paved roads. Many competitors offer more cargo space, a higher predicted reliability rating, and better fuel economy estimates. Should I Buy the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque? If driving enjoyment or having a comfortable off-roader is important to you, consider buying the newly redesigned Evoque. Few classmates can rival the Evoque's off-road capability, but many have appealing traits of their own. For example, the Volvo XC40 has similar on-road performance and state-of-the-art technology, including a semiautonomous driving system.
