The purchase of my used 2014 Range Rover Sport at Land Rover Ottawa has been fantastic. Robert and Zach have been wonderful. I didn鈥檛 feel any pressure of having to buy a vehicle. Both took their time to explain the various functionalities and I would like to thank them particularly for their patience as I had a lot of questions prior making the decision. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Land Rover Canada and Land Rover Ottawa want to make sure that I understand they care about me as a customer. Oh, almost forgot to say that I have ordered Range Rover rubber mats for the winter (extremely good quality btw), and those mats were installed in my vehicle the day I took ownership. Yesterday, 2 days after getting ownership of the vehicle, Land Rover Ottawa called me to check how things were with my RR Sport. I have been told to never hesitate to call them with questions in regards to the vehicle. They鈥檒l be happy to help. Now, this is customer service. Telltale signs are tyres scrubbed on the inside and the rear of the vehicle will sometimes feel insecure when cornering or driving over potholes or uneven road surfaces. Check properly by jacking the car up holding the wheel top and bottom and rocking it feeling for excessive movement. Anti roll bars help keep a vehicle level when cornering, they have two rubber bushes around them which are held by a clamp which is bolted to the chassis. The bushes wear over time and the rear of the vehicle will start to feel a little vague when cornering. A sign of wear is a clunk when cornering. Also feeling the vehicle move or jump further over opposite to the direction you are cornering is a sign that the anti-roll bar bushes are worn and need replacing. This is a common fault that is not always noticable to the driver. You will sometimes feel a little extra movement from the rear of the vehicle when cornering over rough ground.
