The division started operating under the multinational鈥檚 Premier Automotive Group. In 2008, the brand was acquired by Tata Motors under Jaguar Land Rover. In 1945, the brand became its own separate company, Jaguar Cars Limited. It was later acquired by the British Motor Holdings in 1966. Following the merger of the company with the Leyland Motor Corporation, both Jaguar and Land Rover met under the same company for the first time. However, in 1984, they went on their separate ways, with Jaguar becoming, once again, its own separate company. The brand would then be acquired by Ford Motor Corporation in 1990, and when Land Rover was acquired by Ford in 2000, the iconic British car brands were once again reunited. After the acquisition, both brands, while part of the same company, continued to be operated separately as Jaguar Cars Limited and Land Rover Limited. In 2014, Tata Motors merged both operations and brought them under one roof - Jaguar Land Rover Automotive PLC.
We鈥檝e said it before: The Rover鈥檚 electronic issues would actually be better were they catastrophic failures. Then at least we could replace the components and hope for better. I6 is equipped with two overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder head and cam profile switching (CPS) and variable valve timing (VVT). A combination of high-mix low-end power smoothly and efficiently as possible. I6 is also a different length of the routes of entry, which is adapted to optimize power and torque low and expensive.
